About Us
Kristine Malcolm Founder & CFO
With a passion for creating synergy and enhancing communication in the corporate environment, Kristine Malcolm serves as the head of logistics and planning for Team Dynamix and Chariteams. As co-founder and president of the company, Kristine draws on both her experience in corporate leadership and her personal experience as an international athlete. Kristine served as the operations manager for the litigation consulting group of an international accounting firm and focused on financial reporting, group training and staffing. As a member of an award-winning rowing crew, Kristine brings a distinct understanding of the culture of team sports and what it takes to build synergy and promote success. Since 2003, Kristine has utilized her expertise to plan and execute great teambuilding opportunities for Team Dynamix clients..
Each activity is fully organized so everyone can participate. Safety is the number 1 goal for all of our events. We provide gloves, safety glasses, paint suits, good quality tools and supplies.

Pat Whelan Founder & CEO
Community Based. Innovation. Energy. Focus. Fun! These are characteristics found in every Chariteams and Team Dynamix program and Pat Whelan is the “creative brain” behind the process. In charge of program development and facilitation, Pat is passionate about combining non-profits and companies to help meet local community needs by providing dynamic programs tailored to a group’s theme and needs. In the teambuilding industry since 1994, Pat is no stranger to the needs of corporate culture. Utilizing his previous leadership and sales experience, Pat creates programs that maximize networking opportunities, enhance team communication, promotes camaraderie and create memories. Each event includes plenty of action, energy and fun! Under Pat’s leadership, Chariteams and Team Dynamix has developed a positive reputation for being able to move large groups of people through multi-challenge events.

Operation Military care is an excellent way to have the participants to enhance the lives of our service men and women. This is a unique opportunity to actually connect directly to our soldiers overseas in a personal way!
The activities are designed to assist the Active, Retired and injured veterans.
Programs to look at in this section are:

Community Service projects are a great way to span the communication barriers, develop trust and camaraderie within the group. The participants work together to accomplish one common goal and that is giving to the community in an unselfish way.

The projects are fully coordinated and are recommended for 60-120 minutes long

Hunger, Disaster, Homeless Relief
This program provides “chronically hungry” children and their families with non-perishable, primarily single-serve and child-friendly meals that kids can take home and eat on weekends when not in school.
The event has an incredible effect on the local communities and the food banks. With today’s economy, the local food banks are visited more each day. In a February article in USA Today it was reported that 1 out of 6 Americans received emergency food help in 2019. One and Five Children received food from food from soup kitchens and foodbanks.
